  • With clients, to the extent necessary to perform contracted services
  • With cloud infrastructure providers (such as AWS or Microsoft Azure) that host Evizi internal systems, under appropriate data protection agreements

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to confidentiality obligations

Evizi does not subcontract work to third-party vendors and does not disclose client data to any unauthorized parties.


5. Data Retention

Evizi retains personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, or as required by applicable law or contractual obligations. Upon completion of a client engagement, access to client systems is revoked and project-related materials are destroyed in accordance with client requirements and our internal data destruction policy.

Evizi implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) enforced on all internal systems
  • Encryption of data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher)
