As Project Manager you will lead the development effort on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on integrating AI tools and AI-driven practices into delivery. We offer a competitive salary that is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards, including AI-integrated delivery practices.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on the project.
- Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
- Possesses working knowledge of AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted software development practices.
- Tracks and manages AI tool usage and cost as a project variable on relevant engagements.
- Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies, including AI tools and frameworks, and the potential application on client engagements.
- Manages day-to-day client interaction.
- Sets and manages client expectations.
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager, product manager, account manager, tech lead or related job function at an Internet or software company.
- Strong technical background with the ability to read code, understand system architecture, and participate meaningfully in technical discussions.
- Prior experience in agile development methodology.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in software development, with strong working knowledge of AI-assisted development practices.
- Ability to deconstruct customer project plans into smaller functional components.
- Outstanding attention to detail in all work and documentation.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong communication skills in person, over email and on the phone.
- Excellent command of oral and written English.
- PMI certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) strongly preferred; equivalent experience and a strong delivery record can substitute.

We’re looking for self-motivated .NET developers to join our development team to design, build and maintain applications for our customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/College degree in IT, Computer science or equivalent.
- Solid 4+ years of C# .NET development experience
- Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, xUnit.
- Proficiency in MS SQL Server, SQL Stored Procedures.
- Familiarity with Angular or React, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap4.
- Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, and Rest API development.
- Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing.
- Experience in Microservices Architecture.
- Experience in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS is a plus.
- Experience using Git, Github Action, Github Copilot or other AI-Assisted development tools.
- Experience working in SCRUM teams.
- Experience working with banking or payment platforms would be an advantage.
- Good command of English: reading and analyzing requirements, verbal meetings.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Leader to lead our recruitment efforts and help build a strong tech team for our outsourcing projects.
You will manage the full hiring process, work closely with project managers and HR, and help grow our employer brand in the local tech community.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles (Developers, QA, PM, BA, etc.).
- Work with hiring managers to understand job needs and plan hiring priorities.
- Source and screen candidates from multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events).
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and hiring cost.
🔹 Team & Process Management
- Guide and mentor the recruiting team to improve sourcing and interview skills.
- Keep recruitment processes smooth, professional, and candidate-friendly.
- Suggest improvements and tools to make hiring faster and more effective.
🔹 Employer Branding
- Support employer branding activities to attract top tech talent in Da Nang and nationwide.
- Organize or join career fairs, tech meetups, and online campaigns to promote our company brand.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create recruitment content (social media posts, blog, photos, videos).
🔹 Collaboration
- Support resource planning for offshore/outsourcing projects.
- Communicate hiring updates with clients or internal stakeholders when needed.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in IT or outsourcing companies.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and skills (developers, QA, PM, DevOps…).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic English skills (able to communicate via email or meetings with foreign clients).
- Familiar with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or online sourcing platforms.
- Positive, proactive, and able to handle multiple roles at once.
Preferred Skills
- Experience leading or mentoring a small recruiting team.
- Understanding of employer branding and tech talent market in Vietnam.
- Data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
