We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Leader to lead our recruitment efforts and help build a strong tech team for our outsourcing projects.
You will manage the full hiring process, work closely with project managers and HR, and help grow our employer brand in the local tech community.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles (Developers, QA, PM, BA, etc.).
- Work with hiring managers to understand job needs and plan hiring priorities.
- Source and screen candidates from multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events).
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and hiring cost.
🔹 Team & Process Management
- Guide and mentor the recruiting team to improve sourcing and interview skills.
- Keep recruitment processes smooth, professional, and candidate-friendly.
- Suggest improvements and tools to make hiring faster and more effective.
🔹 Employer Branding
- Support employer branding activities to attract top tech talent in Da Nang and nationwide.
- Organize or join career fairs, tech meetups, and online campaigns to promote our company brand.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create recruitment content (social media posts, blog, photos, videos).
🔹 Collaboration
- Support resource planning for offshore/outsourcing projects.
- Communicate hiring updates with clients or internal stakeholders when needed.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in IT or outsourcing companies.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and skills (developers, QA, PM, DevOps…).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic English skills (able to communicate via email or meetings with foreign clients).
- Familiar with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or online sourcing platforms.
- Positive, proactive, and able to handle multiple roles at once.
Preferred Skills
- Experience leading or mentoring a small recruiting team.
- Understanding of employer branding and tech talent market in Vietnam.

- Develop and execute functional tests as well as automated tests in order to deliver a high quality product.
- Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in C.S. or related technical discipline.

Job Description
We are seeking a senior QA Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automation testing, responsible for ensuring product quality through test design, execution, and automation development, with the ability to switch between manual and automated tasks based on workload.
Responsibilities:
Manual tasks:
- Interact with project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.
- Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Independently design and execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing to ensure delivery of a high-quality product.
- Proactively identify, document, and track defects through resolution to maintain product quality.
- Provide test estimates, define testing scope, and contribute to sprint planning and release readiness.
- Participate in sprint activities such as test planning, estimation, demos, and reviews with internal and external development teams.
- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices and test design techniques.
Automation tasks:
- Can alternate between automation and manual tasks based on workload demands.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts for Web/API(depending on projects).
- Maintain the automation framework or contribute to existing frameworks.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze automation test results and troubleshoot failures.
- Collaborate with QA and Dev teams to identify areas suitable for automation.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of work experience in development and/or testing roles.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum.
- Experience in working with Test Web, API, Mobile applications.
- Good analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Keen attention to detail. Must be careful, flexible and self-motivated.
- Good communication skills
- English: Good at reading, writing, and communication skills are required.
