Kieutien Le

FOUNDER & CEO

Background encompasses a broad range of engineering and business development experience.

Has held numerous technical management positions at IDG, A9.com, Openwave Systems, Lucent Technologies & Hitachi Computer Products.

At IDG, KT held a dual role as an Associate for IDG Ventures Vietnam and a Business Development Director for IDG Consulting Vietnam.

Based both in Vietnam and the US and is considered an expert on the Vietnam ICT landscape.

Speaks fluent English, Vietnamese and French.

Holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from San Jose State University.

Greg Hing

MANAGING DIRECTOR

More than 25 years of international work experience in business development, sales, professional services and strategic global alliances capacities.

Has held executive positions at companies such as Taleo, Freeborders, Sybase and PeopleSoft, where he was responsible for evaluating new market opportunities, as well as designing and executing complex, multinational sales and marketing initiatives with a primary focus on Asia Pacific.

Sought after expert in the field of software and services outsourcing and a notable international speaker selected to present at numerous industry conferences on the Asia Pacific market.

Received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Quoc Vu

SR. VP, CLIENT SERVICES

An accomplished leader with over 2 decades of experience in technology and business management.

Has held various leadership roles and has managed operations in the US and in Vietnam for Lemna International, Vietstar Joint Stock Company, BTM Global Consulting Services, Target Corporation, and Weather Safe Windows.

Developing, nurturing or restructuring an investment - Quoc has proven success in understanding and aligning critical needs with effective and cost-benefit solutions.

Received his Bachelor of Science at University of Minnesota and his MBA at Carlson School of Management - University of Minnesota.

Hiep Khuc

OFFICE DIRECTOR, HANOI

Started in software development in 2005, joined EVIZI in 2011 as a project manager and heads our Hanoi office.

Led many large and complex projects in the telecommunications, healthcare and video asset management verticals.

Worked at companies such as FPT Software, Novellus and Episerver.

He speaks fluent Vietnamese and English, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Hanoi University of Science & Technology, holds a master’s degree in Software Engineering from Vietnam National University.

Hiep enjoys reading and spending time with his family and friends when away from work.

Binh Tue Su

OFFICE DIRECTOR, DA NANG

STB has over 20 years of experience as an IT engineer and QE director, including the past 13 years at Evizi.

She balances her project responsibilities with overseeing operations in our Da Nang office.

Has extensive experience working with clients in North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia.

STB graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Da Nang University of Technology.

She speaks Vietnamese, Mandarin, Japanese and English.

In her spare time she is a nationally ranked table tennis player and enjoys traveling.

Nam Tran

OFFICE DIRECTOR, HO CHI MINH CITY

Nam has over 25 years of experience in software development, joined EVIZI in 2015 as a project manager and heads our Ho Chi Minh City office.

Helped start up and lead one of Vietnam's first server side Java web development practices.

Held the position of Principal Consultant of TMA Solutions, served as Chief Technology Officer and VP of Delivery for IMT Solutions JSC.

He speaks both Vietnamese and English and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from the University of Natural Sciences.

Nam likes to spend his spare time with his wife and two sons.

Vinh Ngo

DIRECTOR OF DELIVERY, TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Vinh joined EVIZI in 2016 as a project manager bringing nearly 20 years of experience in software development across multiple industries such as social media, manufacturing, and healthcare.

Has worked at companies such as VSMC, Novellus, and Lam Research.

Developed resources for the company and has played a key role in the successful completion of many large and complex projects.

He is fluent in Vietnamese and English and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

Vinh enjoys exercising and spending time with his family and friends when away from work.

Thu Xuan Le

HEAD OF FINANCE

Xuan Thu Le joined EVIZI in 2020 as a Finance Lead cum Chief Accountant.

She brings over 20 years of financial management and accounting expertise to EVIZI.

Since joining our team, she has played a pivotal role in optimizing financial processes and ensuring compliance.

Thu holds an MBA Degree in Global Finance from the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis, France.

Diep Ngoc Le

HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Diep has 12 years of experience in Human Resources, especially in the IT industry.

Heads recruiting and managing Evizi's employees in 3 offices in Vietnam.

She speaks English with fluency and used to work for many cross-border companies based in North America, Japan, and Europe.

Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Danang University of Economics, as well as a master's degree in the same subject from Shu-Te University.
