We are looking for self-motivated Senior .NET Developers to join our development team and contribute to building modern, scalable applications for our customers.
General requirement
- Bachelor’s or College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in C# .NET development.
- Good English communication skills, able to work directly with clients and actively participate in meetings.

Core Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience with .NET 8.0 ecosystem.
- Proven LLM integration experience - OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI APIs in production applications.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools - Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar agentic coding tools.
- Scalability and performance optimization in high-load, concurrent systems.
- Event-driven architecture experience - Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or similar message queue systems.
- Database performance tuning and optimization (critical given inherited technical debt).
- Automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and quality-first development practices.
- Cloud computing expertise - Azure preferred, serverless and distributed systems.
AI-Specific Expertise
- Building conversational AI interfaces and AI-powered workflows in production.
- Voice AI (such as Pipecat), speech-to-text, or natural language processing experience.
- Prompt engineering, response validation, and LLM error handling patterns.
- Experience with streaming responses, embeddings, and function calling.
- AI agent development and context management patterns.
- Understanding of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Leader to lead our recruitment efforts and help build a strong tech team for our outsourcing projects.
You will manage the full hiring process, work closely with project managers and HR, and help grow our employer brand in the local tech community.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles (Developers, QA, PM, BA, etc.).
- Work with hiring managers to understand job needs and plan hiring priorities.
- Source and screen candidates from multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events).
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and hiring cost.
🔹 Team & Process Management
- Guide and mentor the recruiting team to improve sourcing and interview skills.
- Keep recruitment processes smooth, professional, and candidate-friendly.
- Suggest improvements and tools to make hiring faster and more effective.
🔹 Employer Branding
- Support employer branding activities to attract top tech talent in Da Nang and nationwide.
- Organize or join career fairs, tech meetups, and online campaigns to promote our company brand.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create recruitment content (social media posts, blog, photos, videos).
🔹 Collaboration
- Support resource planning for offshore/outsourcing projects.
- Communicate hiring updates with clients or internal stakeholders when needed.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in IT or outsourcing companies.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and skills (developers, QA, PM, DevOps…).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic English skills (able to communicate via email or meetings with foreign clients).
- Familiar with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or online sourcing platforms.
- Positive, proactive, and able to handle multiple roles at once.
Preferred Skills
- Experience leading or mentoring a small recruiting team.
- Understanding of employer branding and tech talent market in Vietnam.
- Data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
